TAURANGA City of Opportunity

Not only do you want an honest and trustworthy Salesperson, who knows the market place and works in your best interest, you also want to make sure that your chosen agent works for a reputable and trusted company.

HARCOURTS - New Zealand's most trusted real estate brand!!!

For the fourth year running, Harcourts has been voted New Zealand’s most trusted real estate brand. Reader’s Digest has announced its most trusted brands for 2016. It is the fourth time the real estate category has been voted on, and for the fourth year Harcourts has come out on top.  At Harcourts we are absolutely committed to providing an exceptional experience to our clients. This is Harcourts’ heart and soul, and is fundamental to the positive attitude and success of our people.

94% of New Zealanders say trust equals peace of mind, and Mr Duncan says this is particularly true in real estate.

“When you make the decision to buy or sell your home, it is one of the biggest financial decisions you will ever make. Understandably people want to deal with sales consultants that have knowledge, expertise, honesty and integrity, and are committed to achieving the best possible result for them.  “That’s why we at Harcourts put absolute focus on creating a relationship of trust and respect with every single person who uses our services.”

If you would like to trust the selling of your property to the most trusted company, we at TEAM KELLYO are ready to help! Give us a call on 0800KELLYO (0800 53 55 96) now!

Market Update - July 2017

With only 8 days until Spring, stock levels are at a low level, however many people typically wait until the arrival of Spring until they put their properties on the market so watch this space.

Days to sell are pushing out again at the moment, taking approximately 41 days to sell in the Mount/Papamoa area and 52 in the Tauranga region. At the same time last year, on average, it was only taking 35 days in the Mount/Papamoa and 30 days in Tauranga.

The number of properties sold in the area has dropped considerably in the Tauranga region from 125 in June to only 93 in July. This is also a huge drop from July 2016 when 141 properties were sold! A different story on the Mount/Papamoa side of the bridge where there
were 112 properties sold in July. This compares to 84 in June and only 99 in July 2017, but in saying that there were 30 new apartments settle which is what has helped boost these figures.

The market is giving us a lot of mixed messages and the uncertainty of the elections looming have not added to confidence.

TEAM KELLYO have had over 17 years’ experience in this ever changing market so this is just another day to them. If you have any questions about what you should be doing when it comes to buying or selling a property, give us a call today on 0800KELLYO (0800 53 55 96)
